The majority of people struggle with trying to prioritise everything and do it all in a day. Getting frustrated because there is not enough time to fit in a workout or cook something healthy, is most peoples dilemma. The Fit Retreat is trying to help you find that balance...

There is seriously no magic trick or easy way to prioritise your life so you can fit everything in to your daily routine. At The Fit Retreat we think that you have to take a step back and look at your life like an outsider looking in, and ask yourself. What could I do differently? 

Prioritising is very important we all need structure in our weekly, frantic routines. This will enable us to organise more efficiently and find a suitable, sustainable balance, without the chaos. 

The Fit Retreat try to help their guests learn quick and effective skills, so on their return home they are ready to start getting after it.  

How to start prioritising?

Always start with the MUST'S !

What must I do today? Go to work, take the kids to school, cleaning, preparing dinner... And so on... The Must’s have to be written down first and then around that you can try and schedule in some YOU time. Try doing “your list” the evening before so everything you need to do is fresh in your mind. 

This is where a week at The Fit Retreat will definitely come in handy. If you Want to get healthy and make a change, which is the easy part, the right source of motivation and inspiration can be found spending a week at The Fit Retreat.

Finding out tips on how to cook healthier foods and the essentials you should keep in your cupboards. Not forgetting the importance of rest and not to put your body under too much strain. The Fit Retreat want you to feel rejuvenated on your return home and start thinking about prioritising your time more effectively. 

It’s important to us that our guests feel comfortable to ask questions during their stay which, could help them lead a healthier lifestyle at home, even if they are only small changes. We will be able to teach you great exercises that you can do at home and ideas on making healthy foods, smoothies, juices and cakes !!!
